Tiny Tantrum

I got the biggest kick out of Lev and his dramatic expressions! Mom had a bone that he desperately wanted a bite of, so he slinked up to her, turning his head and sinking low for maximum affect, while whining at a pathetically high pitch. He inched a bit too close, and mom let him know that he’d better mind his manners. She went back to her bone for a minute or two, but then graciously gave it to her hungry son. I had to wonder if she was laughing all the while on the inside at his ridiculous cuteness. I know I was! Lev, one of the two male Amur Leopard cubs born 4-26-20 and mom Satka.
