Growing Up

Tikal, at 7 ½ months, is looking less like a baby faced cub and more like a jaguar. I've even heard him show off a pretty impressive roar when his sister, Maderas, gets too close to his food. But there's still a bit of a mama's boy in him - when he & his sister were briefly separated from mom, he let out a few high pitched, squeaky whines while waiting for the door to open and reunite them. He still loves his mommy!
