Just Hangin' with Nindiri

Sometimes when you have a few quiet moments with an animal that you’re especially fond of, it warms your heart and becomes a memorable experience. This was one of those times. When Nindiri approached the window, I was surprised that she lingered. She actually began to lie down, so I sat myself on the ground to be near. Instead of turning away with the familiar aloofness cats are known for, she settled down facing toward me. So I took it all in, the gift of being near, and enjoyed the moment.
