Murphy and Mo

I’ve loved Murphy, the red river hog, ever since I first saw him in the San Diego Zoo’s animal show at Hunte Ampitheater many years ago. He’s still full of charisma and charm, and often comes over to the edge of his enclosure to say hi when I visit him and call his name, giving me a smile to last through the day! Here he is with Maureen, one of the wonderful trainers from the Animals in Action program. She and the other trainers never let him forget how special he is!
