Kings of Cats

Tigers and lions both epitomize strength, power, and regal beauty. The Sumatran tiger is a solitary hunter in the forests of Sumatra in Indonesia. The African lion is more social than most cats, living within a pride in the savannas; the male lion boasts a distinctive mane. Both of these big cats are the kings of their domain. I’m so grateful I can appreciate these awesome creatures close-up at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park!
