Abigail at the Pumpkin Patch

Abigail enjoyed a wonderful morning sniffing, posing and bouncing among the pumpkins at Bates Nut Farm! She especially enjoyed meeting up with about 80 other golden retrievers during the annual SD Golden Retriever Meetup Group’s day at the Pumpkin Patch, where everywhere she turned there was a friend to greet with all her enthusiasm! She made Nick and I laugh when she kept coming up with way better poses than I had in mind for photos! She’s still full of surprises, and never ceases to amaze us!

The standing pose was all Abigail’s idea! We approached the pumpkin, and I was about to ask her to sit, but she just climbed right up on top of it, and stood there confidently so I could take her photo. Such a clever girl! ❤️
