Bakka and Miley - Friends Reunited

It warmed my heart to see Bakka and Miley back together again in the Animals in Action Area! Miley had spent about two months recovering from her ACL surgery, and she’s healthy and happy now, running around with her usual puppy dog enthusiasm and joy! Bakka had been able to be near her in the bedrooms, but the first day she was outdoors with him again (when these shots were taken) was cause for celebration. These two have been together for almost 10 years now, ever since they were about 6 months old, and they have a strong bond. It’s great to see things are back to normal for this sweet pair. All is right with the world!
