Polar Bear Passion

It’s spring, and romance is in the air. Kalluk, the male polar bear at the San Diego Zoo, has been been actively in pursuit of Chinook’s attention. Even though she seems to know the art of playing hard to get, there have been a few magic moments. Relationships are sometimes complicated, it seems, even in the animal world. I’ll keep hoping…maybe this will be the year!
